Delivery / Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide across Kenya. Delivery times and delivery charges may vary depending on your location, order size and accessibility of the delivery address.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically delivered within 24 to 72 hours of order confirmation, depending on:

• Your delivery location. Urban areas are generally faster than remote areas.
• Product availability and order volume.
• Weather, road conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where a delay beyond the standard timeframe is expected, we will notify you using the phone number or email provided at checkout.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment via M-Pesa or bank transfer has been confirmed. Orders received after our daily cut-off time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Charges and Free Delivery

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location, order size and product range, and will be communicated to you before you confirm your order.

These thresholds may be reviewed from time to time and additional arrangements may be agreed individually with regular or bulk clients, which will be reflected in a separate agreement or quotation.

5. Delivery Process

A delivery rider or logistics partner will contact you ahead of delivery using the phone number provided.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address and time agreed.

You, or an authorised person at the delivery address, may be asked to confirm receipt by signing the delivery note as proof of delivery.

For dispenser or equipment deliveries, please inspect the item at the point of delivery before accepting it.

6. Failed or Unsuccessful Delivery

If we are unable to deliver your order because you are unavailable, the address provided is incorrect or inaccessible, or you decline to accept the order, we will attempt to contact you to arrange redelivery.

Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect information or unavailability on your part.

7. Risk and Ownership

Risk in the products passes to you upon successful delivery to the address you provided. Ownership of the products passes once payment has been received in full.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your delivery on arrival. Any damage, shortage or discrepancy should be reported immediately to our customer service team, and in any event within 24 hours of delivery, so that we can investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Delivery Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or the law. The updated policy will be posted on our Website with a revised effective date.
