Halua Fresh Water Drops Ltd. is a Kenyan company dealing in water purification, bottling and refill services, and related equipment such as water dispensers and water purification systems, sold both online and through our sales channels.

By using our Website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are placing an order under the supervision of an adult, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
3. Products and Services
We sell purified bottled water, water refill services, water dispensers, water purification systems and related equipment.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images and pricing on our Website are accurate, but we do not warrant that all information is error free. We reserve the right to correct errors, update pricing, or discontinue products at any time.
4. Orders and Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock, in which case any payment received will be refunded.

- All prices are quoted in Kenya Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We currently accept payment via M Pesa and bank transfer.
- Full payment, or an agreed deposit for bulk or contract clients, is required before dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- You are responsible for ensuring payment details, such as M Pesa transaction codes and bank references, are accurate and promptly provided to us to avoid delays.
6. Delivery
Delivery is carried out in accordance with our Delivery Policy , which forms part of these Terms.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy , which forms part of these Terms.
8. Warranty
Dispensers and equipment purchased from us are covered by our Warranty Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate order, delivery and contact information.
- Ensure safe and proper storage, handling and use of products and equipment after delivery.
- Use dispensers and equipment strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s or our guidelines.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our Website, including our name, logo, branding, product descriptions, images and design, is the property of Halua Fresh Water Drops Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without our prior written consent.
